Job summary

EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs focused on incentive compensation and enterprise delivery across global teams. You will gather requirements, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into functional specifications while partnering with sales operations, finance and stakeholders to align with enterprise objectives.

Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is required.
Typically 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
Experience in SAP SPM or related incentive compensation platforms.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and executive reporting.
Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define solution roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migration.
Define testing strategies and manage UAT and deployment readiness.
