Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, with 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading SAP SPM, Incentive/Commission management programs.
• Strong expertise in SAP SPM or related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with global, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore/offshore teams, governance, risk, and executive reporting.
• Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and define solution roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements, and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
• Partner with sales ops, finance, and business to align compensation with enterprise objectives.
• Ensure SAP Best Practices and implementation methodologies are followed.
