Job summary

EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives, aligning incentive compensation with enterprise objectives across global teams. You will drive program governance, requirements gathering, solution roadmaps, and integrations while leveraging SAP SPM and related platforms.

The role requires strong techno-functional leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Typically 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, with at least 4 years as a lead or project leader.
Experience leading SAP SPM/related incentive compensation transformations.
Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
Experience with cross-functional global teams and modern SAP methodologies.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP SPM program delivery across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
Manage global onshore and offshore teams; drive governance, risk management, and reporting.
Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional specifications; oversee SAP SPM implementations and data migration.
Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
Engage senior stakeholders to align incentives with enterprise objectives.
