Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and delivery across global teams. The role focuses on incentive compensation programs, end-to-end SAP SPM implementations, and enterprise technology delivery with strong governance and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Lead/Solution lead or program workstream leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP SPM and related platforms (Varicent/Anaplan/Xactly).
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with global, cross-functional teams and multi-region delivery.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across all lifecycle phases.
• Manage global onshore/offshore teams and governance processes.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, data migration, and integrations.
• Define testing strategies and deployment readiness (UAT, defect management).
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
