Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large‑scale transformation programs across global teams. You will drive program governance, requirements gathering, and roadmap development for SAP SPM deployments, including incentive compensation and data migration.

Ideal candidates possess 4–6 years delivering SAP transformations and strong client-facing skills, with familiarity in SAP SPM, Varicent, Anaplan, or Xactly. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 4–6 years SAP transformation/program leadership experience.
• Experience leading SAP SPM or related incentive compensation programs.
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM transformation programs across all phases.
• Coordinate global onshore and offshore delivery teams and governance.
• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and define roadmaps for SAP SPM deployments.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, and deployment readiness, ensuring quality.
