Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs. You will guide end-to-end delivery, engage global onshore and offshore teams, and align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.

The role requires techno-functional leadership, strong stakeholder management, and expertise in SAP SPM as well as related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Typically 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience leading SAP SPM transformation programs and related implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP SPM and related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Consulting and client-facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and define solution roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements, and data migration.
• Define testing strategies and UAT, manage defects and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Partner with sales operations, finance, and business to align incentives with enterprise objectives.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and implementation methodologies.
• Drive quality, risk management, and delivery excellence throughout the program lifecycle.
