Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in SAP transformations, strong consulting skills, and experience with Varicent, Anaplan, or Xactly. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, with at least 4 years in a solution lead/workstream lead role.
• Experience leading SAP SPM, Incentive Compensation Management, or related transformations.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional global teams and modern SAP methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and reporting.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
