Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across global teams. You will drive program governance, gather requirements, and translate business needs into functional specifications, guiding deployments, integrations and data migrations.

The role requires deep expertise in SPM and related incentive compensation solutions, with strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with professional SAP transformation experience.
• 4 to 6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, 4+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience leading SPM, incentive compensation, or sales compensation transformations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Experience with cloud platforms and API integrations; travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and risk management.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements, data migrations.
• Define testing, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decision making.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Align incentive compensation and sales performance with enterprise goals.
