- Experience leading SPM and related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly) and strong client-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
- Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and reporting.
- Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and define roadmaps.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and oversee data migration and integrations.
- Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
- Engage senior stakeholders to align incentives with enterprise objectives.
- Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
