Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage global teams, and align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.

The role requires strong techno-functional leadership and extensive SAP SPM experience. Ideal candidates will bring familiarity with Varicent, Anaplan, or Xactly, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading SPM, Incentive Compensation, or Sales Compensation transformations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SPM and related platforms (Varicent/Anaplan/Xactly).
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and reporting.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
