EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale SAP SPM transformations and incentive programs. You will drive requirements, design solutions, and coordinate global teams across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization phases.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in SAP transformation leadership, strong client-facing communication, and familiarity with Varicent/Anaplan/Xactly and cloud integrations. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs with 4 years in leadership roles.
• Proven SAP SPM, Incentive Compensation, or Sales Compensation transformations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication.
• Experience with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and modern implementation methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs from planning to stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams and governance.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, data migration, and enhancements.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and go-live readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI analytics, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with sales ops, finance, and business to align incentives with objectives.
