Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large‑scale transformation programs, align incentive compensation with enterprise goals, and guide global delivery teams through planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.

You will gather business requirements, run workshops, translate needs into functional specs, manage testing and data migration, and engage senior stakeholders to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6+ years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading SPM, incentive compensation or sales compensation programs.
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional, global delivery teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and modern SAP methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Managing global onshore and offshore teams with governance, risk management and reporting.
• Gathering business requirements, workshops, fit-gap analyses, and roadmaps.
• Translating business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Overseeing SAP SPM implementations, integrations, data migration, and testing.
• Defining testing strategies, UAT, defects, and deployment readiness.
• Engaging senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Supporting AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
• Aligning incentive compensation and sales performance with enterprise objectives.
