Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading Sales Performance Management (SPM) implementations.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cross-functional, global delivery teams.
• SAP SPM and/or related SPM platforms like Varicent/Anaplan/Xactly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams, governance, risk, and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
