Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale SPM transformations and incentive compensation initiatives. You will guide global delivery teams, gather requirements, define roadmaps, and ensure solution quality in partnership with sales operations, finance, and business stakeholders.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and delivery excellence, with opportunities to drive AI-powered analytics and automation across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading SPM or related transformation implementations.
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SPM or related platforms (Varicent/Anaplan/Xactly).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore/offshore teams with governance and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, workshop facilitation, fit-gap analyses, and roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations and data migrations.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation and process optimization.
