- Experience with SAP SPM or related incentive compensation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
- Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and reporting.
- Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define roadmaps.
- Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
- Oversee SAP SPM implementations, data migration, and integrations.
- Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
- Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
- Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
- Align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.
