EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and enterprise technology implementations. You will guide global onshore/offshore teams, gather requirements, define roadmaps, and ensure successful deployments across planning, execution, and stabilization phases.

You will drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting while collaborating with sales operations, finance, and business stakeholders to align incentive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience with SPM platforms such as Varicent, Anaplan or Xactly.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization phases.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance, risk management and exec reporting.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements and data migration.
• Define and manage testing strategies, UAT, defects, and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation and process optimization.
• Partner with sales ops, finance, and business stakeholders on incentive alignment.
