EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale SPM transformation initiatives with global teams. You will gather requirements, define roadmaps, and oversee implementations, integrations, and data migrations while driving governance and stakeholder alignment.

You will partner with sales operations, finance and business stakeholders, leveraging SAP SPM and related platforms, including cloud integrations and AI-enabled analytics, to optimize incentive

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs; 4+ years in lead roles.
• Experience with SAP SPM or related incentive platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Strong consulting, governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% and work with global teams.
• Proven capability in business analysis, design, and integration strategy.

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM program delivery across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support innovation, including AI analytics, automation, and optimization.
• Align incentive compensation and sales performance with enterprise objectives.
• Adhere to SAP Best Practices and Clean Core methodologies.
