Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale SPM transformation initiatives, manage global teams, and align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.

You will gather requirements, define roadmaps, and drive end-to-end delivery across planning, execution, and stabilization, leveraging SAP SPM and related platforms while adopting governance and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, with at least 4 years in a lead role.
• Experience leading Sales Performance Management (SPM) or related compensation transformations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and integration strategies (APIs, SAP BTP, AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Manage global onshore/offshore teams with governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, run fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements, and data migration.
• Define and manage testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
• Coordinate with sales operations, finance, and business stakeholders on incentives and performance.
• Ensure SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles are followed.
• Drive quality, risk management, and delivery excellence across the program.
