Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience with SAP SPM, Incentive Compensation, or Sales Compensation transformations.
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, and define solution roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements, and data migration activities.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
