Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading SPM, Incentive Compensation, or Sales Compensation transformations.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SPM and related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Experience managing global delivery teams and cross-functional programs.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and modern SAP methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Gather business requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Align incentive compensation and sales performance with enterprise objectives.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and implementation methodologies.
