Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale SPM transformation initiatives across global teams. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs, including compensation and performance enhancements.

The role requires strong techno-functional leadership, a bachelor's degree, and 4–6 years in SAP transformation leadership, with 40–60% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• 4+ years in a solution lead, workstream lead, or project leadership role.
• Experience leading SAP SPM, Incentive Compensation Management, or Sales Compensation transformations.
• Strong SAP SPM expertise or related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with global, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore/offshore teams, governance, risk, and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, fit-gap analyses, and define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements, and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI analytics, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives with sales ops.
• Ensure SAP best practices and implementation methodologies are followed.
