Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization for global clients.

You will manage onshore and offshore teams, gather requirements, define roadmaps, oversee integrations and data migrations, and drive testing, UAT, risk governance and executive reporting. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Typically 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, with at least 4 years in a lead role.
• Experience leading SPM, Incentive Compensation Management, or related transformations.
• Strong expertise in SAP SPM and related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Solid consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with global, cross-functional teams and modern SAP methodologies.
• Travel up to 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM program delivery across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance, risk management and reporting.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses and define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Partner with sales operations, finance and business to align incentives with objectives.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles.
