Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale SPM transformation initiatives across global teams. You will drive program governance, requirements gathering, and solution roadmaps while ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and best practices.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years leading SAP transformation programs and deep expertise in SAP SPM or related platforms such as Varicent, Anaplan, or Xactly. Travel up to 40–60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience with SPM or related platforms such as Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore/offshore teams and governance.
• Gather requirements, workshops, fit-gap analyses, roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee integrations, data migration, and enhancements.
• Define testing strategies and UAT with defect management.
