Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs across planning, deployment and stabilization. You will coordinate global onshore and offshore delivery, drive governance, risk management and executive reporting, and ensure alignment of incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

Typically 4 to 6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
At least 4 years in a solution lead, workstream lead, or project leadership capacity.
Experience leading SAP SPM and related platforms.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
Experience with cross-functional global teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and risk management.
Gather business requirements, facilitate workshops, and define roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migration.
Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
Engage senior stakeholders to align objectives.
Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
Partner with sales operations, finance to align incentives with enterprise objectives.
Ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices and implementation methodologies.
