EY seeks a SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs across global teams. You will gather requirements, define roadmaps, ensure quality, and drive governance and risk management while partnering with sales operations and finance.

The role requires strong techno-functional leadership, experience with SAP SPM or Varicent/Anaplan/Xactly, and travel up to 40-60%. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of SAP delivery experience are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading SPM or related compensation transformations.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP SPM or related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams, governance, and reporting.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, and define solution roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, data migration, and integrations.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics and process optimization.
• Align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.
