Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformations, governing global teams and delivering end-to-end SPM implementations. You will shape incentive compensation programs, integrations, data migration and testing strategies across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading SAP SPM or related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional global teams and governance.
• Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and modern implementation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM delivery across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams and drive governance and reporting.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, analytics, data migration and integrations.
• Define testing strategies and manage UAT and defect resolution.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics, automation and process optimization.
• Coordinate with sales operations, finance and business partners to align incentives.
