EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead transformation programs, incentive compensation initiatives, and enterprise technology deployments for global clients. You will manage cross‑functional teams, translate business needs into functional designs, and drive program governance and delivery excellence.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, experience with SPM platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly), and a willingness to travel 40–60%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
Experience leading SPM, Incentive Compensation, or Sales Compensation transformations.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
Familiarity with SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and reporting.
Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define solution roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and manage testing/UAT.
