Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Level 7 Software Sales Manager to drive growth for a software product portfolio and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close. The role involves consultative engagement, collaboration with product, technical, marketing, and leadership teams, and travel for client demos and industry engagements.

You will work with SAP customers, design go-to-market strategies, and negotiate terms to achieve measurable business outcomes while building strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling to SAP customers, functional and technical experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) or SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience designing/executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value sales opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and nurture client engagements from prospecting to qualified opportunities; manage the full sales cycle.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and adapt collateral for diverse audiences.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and participate in business development status meetings.
• Stay informed on evolving market trends and product roadmaps; educate clients on software features and value.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and meet productivity metrics.
