Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Level 7 Software Sales Manager to drive growth for an assigned software product portfolio. You will engage prospects and clients consultatively, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with product, technical, marketing, and leadership teams to build pipeline and close complex software deals.

You will travel 25% to 50% as required, present compelling demos, and negotiate pricing and terms to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales.
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling to SAP customers (SAP PM or SAP EAM).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience designing/executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience closing complex, high-value sales opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Initiate cold calls to prospective customers and schedule qualified appointments.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure, ensuring process adherence.
• Deliver compelling product demos and tailor sales collateral to audience needs.
• Travel 25%–50% depending on client requirements.
• Document all sales activities in Accenture’s CRM system and participate in BD status meetings.
