Accenture is seeking a Sales Leader to drive the SAP business area, leading the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to negotiation. The role partners with pre-sales, delivery, and regional SAP teams to shape solutions and guide strategic engagements.

The candidate will engage with C-suite executives, manage a robust pipeline, and travel 25%–50% to client sites and events as required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a direct seller or VP-level in tech or related industries.
• 2+ years with SAP or comparable systems as seller or user.
• 2+ years selling software licenses/subscriptions with a sales target of $5M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead fit/gap and strategy sessions with SAP and non-SAP environments.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to address customer requirements.
• Prospect for new customers and grow existing accounts to win add-on business.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline with CRM hygiene across customers and opportunities.
• Coordinate with regional SAP sales teams on joint pursuits and partner opportunities.
• Participate in market events to expand product and solution knowledge.
