Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Level 7 Software Sales Manager to drive growth for an assigned software product portfolio. You will engage prospects and clients consultatively, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with product, technical, marketing, and leadership teams to close complex deals.

Travel is required 25%–50% depending on client needs; 5+ years in software sales and SAP selling experience are expected. A bachelor's degree is mandatory, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales; proven track record of exceeding sales metrics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience selling to SAP customers, functional and technical experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) or SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience designing/executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value sales opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate cold calls to prospective customers and schedule qualified appointments.
• Assess prospects based on sales strategy, budget alignment, and decision-making authority.
• Present products and services through tailored demonstrations to qualified leads.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring process adherence.
• Travel occasionally for client demos and industry engagements.
• Document all sales activities in Accenture’s CRM system.
• Prepare for and actively participate in business development status meetings.
• Collaborate with management to refine and enhance sales presentations and messaging.
• Construct and deliver customer presentations, quotes, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Meet or exceed productivity metrics as defined by the management team.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals effectively.
