Job summary

The Toro Company in the United States seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business, delivering SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, and deployment, mentor teammates, and steer complex projects end-to-end.

Bring eight plus years of relevant experience, a BS in IT/CS or related field, SAP integrations, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance and supply chain processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into system deliverables.
• Acts as a senior advisor for SAP SD, pricing, credit, and third-party integrations.
• Leads projects from concept to implementation, coordinating scope, plans, risks, and communications.
• Provides production support, data analysis, and risk mitigation to maintain data integrity.
