Job summary

The Toro Company, headquartered in Bloomington, MN, seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business stakeholders. You will lead SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash initiatives, guiding design, testing, implementation, and support of complex systems and processes.

You will mentor teammates, drive project delivery from concept to completion, and advise management on technology decisions while ensuring data integrity and scalable solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; eight+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, or manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate requirements into functional specifications and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Partners with business and IT teams to document requirements and deliver effective system deliverables.
• Provides mentorship, project leadership, and direction to team members on complex initiatives.
• Plans end-to-end testing and ensures data integrity across integrated solutions.
