Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business stakeholders for SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of complex SAP-based processes in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include guiding projects from concept to delivery, documenting requirements, ensuring data integrity, and mentoring team members. A Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced SAP Sales and Distribution experience, including Order-to-Cash.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments; senior advisor to management.
• Willingness to travel as defined by the hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD and OT-C processes.
• Partner with stakeholders and IT to translate requirements into system deliverables.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation, including planning and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, controls, and processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across integrated solutions and document results.
