Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business for SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, and deployment, advising management on technology decisions.

Responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end testing, guiding complex integrations, and mentoring team members. A Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Business with 8+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to resolve complex issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex assignments; acts as senior advisor to management
• May lead project teams and provide work direction to others

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate into deliverables
• Serves as a subject-matter expert for SAP SD, O2C, pricing, credit and payment card processing, and EDI
• Leads projects from concept to implementation including planning and coordination
• Develops and improves methods, controls and processes while maintaining data integrity
• Plans and coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions; documents results and approvals
• Provides production support, analyzes data, and trains users; mentors teammates
