Job summary

The Toro Company seeks an experienced Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business stakeholders, delivering SAP Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support of complex systems, mentoring teammates and guiding technology decisions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in IT, strong SAP OTC experience, and proven ability to translate requirements into durable system designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field, plus eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with third-party ordering system integration.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or other related business processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex assignments in a collaborative environment.
• Acts as a senior advisor to business and IT management.
• Builds effective relationships across functional, technical, and leadership teams.
• Negotiates project priorities, solution approaches, resource needs, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated tech solutions.
• Partners with stakeholders to document requirements and translate them into deliverables.
• Serves as SME for SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and related integrations.
• Leads projects end-to-end from scope to knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods and processes while ensuring data integrity.
• Plans end-to-end testing and ensures proper documentation of results.
