Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as a senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders. The role focuses on delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions, including design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support.

You will mentor team members, lead complex projects, and advise management on technology and process decisions, working to ensure data integrity and effective system functionality across SAP modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, plus eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or other related business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex and unusual business or system issues.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business objectives, document functional and technical requirements, and translate requirements into effective system deliverables.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor for SAP Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash processes, pricing, payment card solutions, EDI, and third-party ordering integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including scope definition, solution evaluation, planning, coordination, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, procedures, controls, and system processes to address complex business and technical requirements while maintaining system and data integrity.
