The Toro Company, a long-established leader in landscaping equipment, seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business stakeholders. You will drive SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions, lead projects, and mentor team members across the organization.

You'll design, test, and implement integrated processes, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with finance, manufacturing, and distribution teams. The role emphasizes strategic advisory capabilities and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with third-party ordering system integration.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, MM, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including resolving complex and unusual issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders and all levels of management.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex assignments in a collaborative environment.
• Acts as a senior advisor to business and IT management.
• Builds effective relationships across functional, technical, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand objectives, document requirements, and translate into system deliverables.
• Serves as SME for SAP Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and related integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including scope definition, planning, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, procedures, controls, and system processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Plans and coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions with documented results.
• Provides production support by troubleshooting issues, performing data analysis, coordinating corrective actions, and training users.
• Mentors and coaches team members and stays current on relevant technologies and practices.
