The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field; 8+ years experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations across finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand objectives, document requirements, and translate into deliverables.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert for SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, EDI, and third-party ordering integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation including scope, evaluation, planning, coordination, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, controls, and system processes while maintaining data integrity.
• Plans and coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions with proper documentation.
• Provides production support by troubleshooting issues and training users.
• Mentors team members and maintains current knowledge of technologies and industry practices.
• Acts as senior advisor to business and IT management.
