The Toro Company seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business units, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support for complex systems, guiding teams and stakeholders from concept through go-live.

You will translate business needs into scalable specifications, mentor colleagues, and ensure data integrity across SAP modules, EDI, pricing, and third-party integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field plus eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Third-party ordering system integration experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into deliverables.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert for SAP Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and related integrations (EDI, third-party ordering).
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including scope, planning, coordination, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, procedures, controls, and system processes to ensure data integrity.
• Plans and coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions, ensuring proper validation and approvals.
• Provides production support: troubleshooting, data analysis, corrective actions, and user training.
• Mentors and coaches team members, maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies and practices.
