Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to act as a senior liaison between Information Technology and business stakeholders, delivering SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support, while mentoring teammates and guiding complex projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field and eight+ years of experience, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field required.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with third‑party ordering system integration and SAP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex SAP/Sales & Distribution systems.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand objectives, document requirements, and translate them into system deliverables.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert for SAP Sales & Distribution, Order-to-Cash, pricing, credit and payment card processing, and EDI integrations.
• Leads projects from concept through implementation, including scope definition, solution evaluation, planning, coordination, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves methods, procedures, controls, and system processes to address complex business and technical requirements while maintaining data integrity.
• Plans and coordinates end-to-end testing with properly documented test plans, cases, results, defects, and approvals.
• Provides production support by troubleshooting, data analysis, corrective actions, process enhancements, and user training.
• Mentors and coaches team members, maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and practices.
