Job summary

EY’s People Consulting division seeks a Senior Learning Designer to drive the design and development of SAP S/4HANA training content. You will lead end-to-end content creation, translating complex changes into practical, role-based learning experiences across ILT, e-learning, simulations, and job aids.

You’ll collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adoption while supporting Train-the-Trainer efforts and enabling effective delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field of business, HR, or psychology.
• 3-5+ years of learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations (prefer SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong instructional design expertise across ILT, Reference Guides and digital learning.
• Ability to translate complex system/process concepts into user-friendly content.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work with client/site presence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training materials, including ILT, WBT, simulations, and job aids.
• Translate business process documentation and change impacts into structured, role-based learning content.
• Create engaging learning experiences that enable users to perform SAP transactions in the future state.
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning approaches to optimize retention and adoption.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content accuracy and drive alignment across workstreams.
• Support Train-the-Trainer preparation and knowledge transfer activities.
