Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to develop high-quality, role-based training for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will lead content from design through delivery, ensuring user readiness and adoption across large-scale initiatives.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, translate processes into practical content, and apply adult learning principles in a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or psychology.
• 3-5+ years in learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong instructional design across ILT, references, and digital learning.
• Translate complex system concepts into clear user content.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and hybrid work with client/site presence.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training materials (ILT, WBT, simulations, job aids).
• Translate business process changes into structured, role-based learning content.
• Create engaging learning experiences enabling SAP transaction proficiency.
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning to boost retention.
