Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to design and develop end-user training for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You’ll lead content development, translate complex process changes into engaging learning experiences, and work with SMEs to validate content for large-scale deployments.

The role requires 3–5+ years in learning design, strong instructional design expertise, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a hybrid client/environment setting.

Qualifications

• Academic background in learning design or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years in learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong instructional design across ILT, reference guides, and digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training materials for SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Lead end-to-end content development lifecycle translating process changes into learning content.
• Create engaging learning experiences enabling users to perform SAP transactions in the future state.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and drive alignment across workstreams.
• Support Train-the-Trainer preparation and knowledge transfer activities.
