Job summary

EY, a global leader in professional services, seeks a Senior Learning Designer to design and develop end-user training for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will translate complex business processes into practical learning content, guiding the content lifecycle from concept to delivery.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, apply adult learning principles, and support Train-the-Trainer activities to enable effective user adoption in a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or psychology.
• 3-5+ years in learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong instructional design across ILT, e-learning, references and digital learning.
• Ability to translate complex system/process concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment (3 days/week client site or EY office).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training materials for SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Lead the end-to-end content development lifecycle.
• Translate business process changes into engaging learning content.
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning techniques.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content accuracy.
• Facilitate sessions to refine content and drive alignment across teams.
• Support Train-the-Trainer preparation and knowledge transfer.
