You will lead end-to-end content development, translate business processes into engaging learning experiences, and drive user readiness and adoption across client engagements in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong instructional design across ILT, WBT, and digital learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training materials for large SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Lead end-to-end content development from business processes to learner-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and ensure alignment.
