Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Learning Designer in the People Consulting unit to design and develop high-quality, role-based training for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will own end-to-end content development, translating process changes into practical learning experiences for users.

You’ll work with SMEs and stakeholders, apply adult-learning principles, and support Train-the-Trainer activites while traveling as needed in a hybrid client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong instructional design across ILT, reference guides and digital learning.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear content.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment (3 days/week on client site or EY office).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training materials (ILT, WBT, simulations, job aids).
• Translate business process changes into role-based learning content.
• Create engaging learning experiences to enable SAP transactions in the future state.
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning to improve retention and adoption.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and change leads to validate content and align across workstreams.
• Contribute to Train-the-Trainer preparation and knowledge transfer activities.
