Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Learning Designer for the People Consulting practice to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA training content development. You will translate system changes into engaging ILT, WBT, simulations, and job aids, partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure user readiness.

This hybrid role requires 3-5+ years of experience in learning design, travel as needed, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• 3-5+ years of experience in learning design, training development, or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
• Strong instructional design expertise across ILT, Reference Guides and digital learning.
• Ability to translate complex system/process concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment with ~3 days/week at client site or EY office.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training materials (ILT, WBT, simulations, and job aids).
• Translate business process documentation and change impacts into structured learning content.
• Create engaging learning experiences to enable SAP transactions in the future state.
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning approaches to optimize knowledge retention and adoption.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content accuracy and relevance.
• Facilitate working sessions to refine content and drive alignment across workstreams.
• Support Train-the-Trainer preparation and knowledge transfer activities.
• Ensure training content supports business readiness during system deployment.
