Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Learning Designer to design and develop end-user training for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will translate business process changes into practical learning and drive user readiness and adoption across large-scale implementations.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, apply adult learning principles, and lead content development across ILT, digital formats, and job aids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR or psychology.
• 3–5+ years in learning design or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong instructional design across ILT, reference guides and digital learning.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly content.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
• Willingness to travel and mix of client-site and EY office in hybride setup.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-user training materials for SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Translate business process changes into structured learning content.
• Create engaging learning experiences to drive user readiness and adoption.
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning approaches.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content.
• Lead sessions to refine content and align workstreams.
• Support Train-the-Trainer preparation and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure content supports business readiness during deployments.
