Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to design and develop high-quality, role-based training content for SAP S/4HANA transformations. You will lead end-to-end content development, translating business processes into practical learning experiences that drive user readiness and long-term capability building.

You will collaborate with SMEs and change management leads to validate content, participate in Train-the-Trainer activities, and ensure readiness during system deployments in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of learning design, training development or change management.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong instructional design across ILT, reference guides and digital learning.
• Ability to translate complex system concepts into user-friendly content.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid client-site or EY office setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end training content for SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Translate process changes into structured learning content.
• Create engaging learning experiences to enable future-state SAP usage.
• Apply adult learning principles and blended learning approaches.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content and ensure alignment.
• Facilitate sessions to refine content and drive cross-workstream alignment.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer activities to enable effective delivery.
